On our trips, we help in any way we can so it's very difficult to predict at this point exactly what we will be doing each day. We could be helping with construction projects, helping with agricultural work, leading seminars, or having village meetings. We will definitely be playing with kids and visiting with the residents.

As mentioned above, we all fly to San Pedro Sula in Honduras. You are responsible for booking and paying for your own flights. So that we all arrive at about the same time, we ask that you please arrive in Honduras on the first flight of the day via United, Delta, or American.

As soon as you exit the secured area, you will be met by a Humanity and Hope person. If you happen to arrive on a flight by yourself, it is at that point that you will meet the rest of your group. You will never be alone in Honduras.

We then take a 45 minute bus ride to the Casa Blanca Hotel in El Progreso. (You can Google that hotel if you wish.) The villages we work in are within 90 minutes of that hotel.

An unaccompanied minor should be 16.
