Clinica Colorado

Logo

Clinica Colorado is looking for dedicated board members who have a passion in providing access for physical and mental health care for those who are uninsured, low-income, or are considered vulnerable. A high percentage of our patient population is Hispanic/Latinx and monolingual Spanish speaking. Our clinical model is a hybrid of in-clinic and virtual care for all types of visits. Governance is a key factor in moving forward with the new normal as a result of the COVID19 pandemic.

Our board meets 10-12 times per year (virtually at this time) to ensure governance and fiscal oversight, along with strategically setting objectives to complete our mission.

We are also seeking individuals with expertise in
1. Fundraising on behalf of an organization.
2. Marketing/Communications/Social Media
3. Community Outreach
4. Partnership Building
5. Equity work (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion)
6. Team Based Care

Board terms are three years, with the ability to renew twice, for a total of 9 years. We are dedicated to creating a board of directors that are not only passionate about community health but are also culturally connected to our patient population.
