Donation Drive Attendant

Goodwill partners with schools, churches, and community organizations to host donation drives. Donation drives help our enviornment by providing a great way for community members to recycle their unused items, it creates fundraising opportunities for the group participating (we donate 10 cents per pound back to the group for the items collected) and the donations that are sold in the store go directly to supporting our no-cost Career Centers that help the public find employment in Arizona.

We are in need of volunteers who would like to serve for a few hours on Saturday mornings to load the donations that people are bringing from these organizations, into our trucks. Any amount of time would help, but we’re usually looking at about 2-3 hours on a Saturday morning. We could give you specific dates and location in advance, but we have the summer booked for all Saturdays, so there is always a project to assist with. Most of our drives are occurring in the East Valley (Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler) but there are drives around the valley.
