Harvesters Kids Cafe is a food service program open to all community members 18 years of age or under. The Kids Cafe at the Providence YMCA serves lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-2pm.
Volunteers will be reponsible for settigng up the tables and chairs for kids cafe, handing out meals, monitoring the youth will they eat, and then cleaning up the area once kids cafe has concluded.
We ask that volunteers show up 15 min early (12:45am) to help set up kids cafe.
Prior to volunteering, volunteers must complete a background check and go through a one time orientation going over the procedures and regulations of the harvesters programs.
We ask that volunteers honor thier commitment since this a completely volunteer run program, and without volunteer particpation the program won't run that day.
