We are seeking a volunteer with HR expertise to help the Club improve its HR practice. This could include (but is not limited to):
Reviewing policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters.
Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the Human Resources department and services performed.
Helping to develop an Employee Reward and Recognition program.
