ORGANIZATION: CIEE: Council on International Educational Exchange

As the world leader in international education and exchange, CIEE is looking for host families in the Cherry Hill area to host two students for the school year beginning August, 2017. All types of host families are accepted-those with kids or no kids, empty nesters, retirees, single people and others. You just need to provide an acccepting family environment, a warm bed to sleep in, three meals a day, and help coordinating transportation. A stipend is available to help offset the costs of hosting your student.

The two students who are in need of host families are from China, a boy and a girl. They would love to teach your family about Chinese culture, and learn about yours! CIEE offers a stipend of $800 per month to offset the cost of hosting. For more information on becoming a host family, you can visit www.ciee.org/host, start an application at www.ciee.org/hostf1 or contact Kathy Thomson at kthomson@ciee.org.

CIEE is a non-profit organization specializing in international work and education for over 65 years. It is the largest and longest running sponsor of exchange programs in the US.
