Volunteers will be needed to: set up registration table, stuff wine bags,serve as guides to various wine tasting sites, help out at various sites, work the registration and ticket pick up table at the two locations and to help breakdown the set up location. Event is 2:30pm -5:30pm. Volunteers needed 1pm-6pm. Check In: Go to: 130 South Sunnyvale Avenue or 251 W. Washington Avenue. Free Parking at 200 W. Evelyn Avenue(underground) or 200 W Washington Avenue (Macy’s Lot) Public Transportation up to 6.00 reimbursement with proof of payment.

Individuals who complete a minumum of 2.5 hours will recieve a passport to explore the wine tasting and those that stay to close and help with clean up will recieve dinner and an extra unnamed gift.

2.5 shifts for passport to wine tasting
Shifts: 1-3:30pm/1:30pm-4pm/2-4:30pm/2:30pm-5pm/3-5:30pm/3:30-6pm

Sunnyvale Downtown Association (SDA) is a non-profit membership based organization whose mission is to promote, advocate and enhance the vitality of downtown Sunnyvale. The SDA is funded by business improvement district (BID) fees, city funds, sponsorships and revenue producing events.

Description

The Sunnyvale Downtown Association (SDA) serves as the voice of downtown Sunnyvale by:

  • Advocating for policies, programs and events that support the economic growth of the downtown core
  • Acting as the downtown marketing arm and ambassador for the City of Sunnyvale
  • Producing attractive events for the community
  • Promoting downtown as a premier venue for other groups to produce events
  • Working with other Community Based Organization's that share in the growth, beautification, and continual vitality of downtown Sunnyvale
  • Serving as the primary information portal to all events, attractions and programs stemming from the downtown core
