ORGANIZATION: The Link

The Link hosts 3 fundraising events each year and we are looking for a dedicated committee of 4-6 people who are interested in helping The Link ensure events are successful. The major events include the Annual Event in April, Keller Williams Golf Tournament in July, and Dakota County Bowling Party in October. The committee will meet once per month at The Link’s Minneapolis office (1210 Glenwood Ave) at an agreed upon time to plan for the events.

Committee members are responsible for assisting with one of the 3 focus areas below:

Silent Auction
: Engage businesses and community members to donate silent auction items. Examples of necessary items include themed baskets, tickets to plays, museums or sporting events, restaurant gift cards, and more.

Event Attendance: Engage business and community members to increase attendance at all 3 events. Brainstorm and execute new, creative avenues for event promotion.

Sponsorship: Work with business to secure sponsorships at all levels of support and assist with establishing new relationships.
