Frontier Hospice
We create a compassionate circle of support for our patients and families by providing the finest, individualized end-of-life care.

We are actively recruiting for Gift of Presence. Gift of Presence Volunteers provide comfort at end of life ensuring that no one dies alone. Just sitting with patient and being a friend. Our office is located in Moore, but when you visit patients you can choose which part of the city you would like to volunteer. Edmond,OKC,Yukon, Mustang, Norman, Del City, Midwest City, Harrah, Kingfisher, Jones, Moore etc


DURING THIS COVID PANDEMIC, OUR MAIN GOAL IS TO KEEP PATIENTS, VOLUNTEERS, STAFF SAFE FROM THE VIRUS AND WE WILL NEVER SEND YOU TO A PATIENT'S HOME IF ANY ONE IN THE HOME HAS TESTED POSITIVE.

Description

An innovative concept in healthcare, Hospice brings together a team of specially trained professionals and volunteers who work with the patient's doctor to provide a plan of care designed to control the pain and ease end-of-life struggles for the patient and family. The Hospice Team is made up of professionals from a variety of disciplines and specially trained volunteers working under the stewardship of a Hospice medical director to meet the individual needs of terminally ill patients and their families. The Hospice Team also works with the patient and family's community of faith and/or other spiritual care resources, as requested.
