Mission Statement
To improve quality of life for those we serve through the delivery of clinical excellence, extraordinary service and compassionate care, while being recognized as the leader in home health and hospice services.
Description
As a leading hospice provider in the San Antonio area, we focus on clinical excellence in managing pain and symptoms so patients may experience a calm and peaceful quality of life in their final days.
Hospice focuses on palliative measures and comfort care when an individual is at a terminal stage of a life-limiting diagnosis. One of our goals are to:
*Affirm life and dignity while neither hastening nor postponing death.
*Support patients and their families as they discover meaningful ways to say good bye.
*Identify and educate a supportive community that will be sensitive to the needs of the patient and his or her loved ones.
*Offer palliative care and support to all terminally ill patients and their families without regard for diagnosis, race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, veteran's status, disability, sexual orientation, place of residence or ability to pay.
*Honor and respect the core values and wishes of the patients and families we serve.
