LSS-SW is seeking an In-Kind Donation Volunteer to further our mission by ensuring in-kind donations are properly recorded, appreciated and that they reach communities in need.
ResponsibilitiesAssist Fund Development and Finance Departments with processing in-kind donations
- Enter in-kind gifts and donor information into the donor date base (Virtuous)
- Estimate the value of donations
- Populate, stuff and mail thank you letters
- Assist Fund Development team with additional tasks as requested
Must have basic computer skills, be attentive to detail, and have a positive attitude!
Working conditionsVolunteer will be working in a typical office environment with access to a desk and computer.
Clearances required & trainingVolunteers must complete a $17 Verified Volunteer background check. Volunteers are responsible for the cost. Training on Virtuous Fundraising Software will be completed with your supervisor.
Location & timeframeLSS-SW Phoenix Admin Office is located at 10201 S. 51 st Street, Suite 180, Phoenix, AZ 85044. This is a recurring role for a commitment of at least 3 months. Volunteers shifts are flexible but must be completed during business hours.
