Resume Workshop
Volunteers assist students in working on their resumes at a Vancouver high school

We're seeking volunteers with experience in the culinary, foodservice, and hospitality fields to help students prepare for life after high school! We are working with the Culinary Arts program at Fort Vancouver High School to engage students in mock interview and resume workshops, as well as a career exploration session in which students can learn about the work experiences and backgrounds of individuals working in related fields. These are opportunities for our students to practice important skills they will use throughout their lives. The only thing we are missing to help them do it is you!

Volunteers may sign up for one or multiple events as their availability allows. The dates and times for these events are:

Friday, May 26: Resume Review, 8:30-10:30 am
Friday, June 2: Mock Interviews, 8:30-10:30 am
Friday, June 9: Career Discussion, 8:30-10:30 am

Check out what one of these events looks like at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBYJ6pyD2o4
