About

Gather a group of approximately 6 - 8 friends, co-workers, or family members to prepare and share dinner for 2-3 evenings with children and their families experiencing homelessness. Bring cooked dinners or provide ready-made meals for approximately 4 adults (add yourselves) and up to 10 children (most under age 8) for each evening. Our hungry families enjoy sitting down with volunteers to share a meal of simple comfort foods. Following dinner and clean-up, volunteers set out lunch materials for families to make their lunches for the next day and then play with families' children.

Through its volunteers, Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Cincinnati annually offers more than 200 families and their children meals and overnight sleeping arrangements.
