ORGANIZATION: Communities In Schools of Tacoma

Communities in Schools Ready, Set, Read-Tacoma! Summer Program 2017 Start on June 27th - July 27th. There will be no program the week of July 4th. Story time at Mann Elementary will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am-12:00pm. Volunteers will be needed to help Teacher librarian set up and clean-up. Volunteers will need to be at the school from 9:30 am- 12:30 pm. Volunteer will take an active part with children and families assisting them with check in, preschool activities, follow up phone calls and basic needs.

We will also be scheduling a meet, greet and work time for the volunteers and the teacher librarian to get to know each other and help prep preschoolers activities.

Communities in Schools Ready, Set, Read-Tacoma! Summer Program 2017 will also be at the following schools; Jefferson Elementary, NE Tacoma Elementary and Stafford.
