HELPS International, a non-profit that provides sustainable, relief solutions to the impoverished population of Guatemala, is seeking the assistance of one to two volunteers to reach out to potential donors and sponsors for our signature gala event, which will take place in October 21, 2017. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Printing and mailing invitations and/or letters of request
- Email/phone communications with local vendors and/or past or present stakeholders
- Follow up calls / reminders of payment due
- Basic, limited data entry
This is a part-time, volunteer opportunity and may be performed remotely as well as on site, possibly with a combination of both. Requires basic PC skills (Word, Excel), good phone skills, and excellent oral and written communications skills. Work schedule is flexible.
