Our Welcome Center Representatives will support our Welcome Desk in the following areas:
- Making connections: Welcome and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and distribute mail, among other administrative tasks.
- Engaging our community: Learn about OneOC's services, community resources, and our expansive network of partner nonprofits.
- Supporting our staff: Be involved in department-specific projects, depending on your interests.
Welcome Desk shifts are flexible and made to work with your schedule. We are seeking individuals who have previous experience serving with a nonprofit, or who are willing to learn and engage in the nonprofit sector.
Individuals must be able to volunteer for at least one regularly scheduled shift per week over a three month period. Shifts are available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-1:00pm (AM shifts), and from 1:00-5:00pm (PM shifts).
