- A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
19 people are interested
DSACO is excited to offer FREE tutoring to children (age 3+) and teens with Down syndrome. Subjects being offered include reading, math, spelling/handwriting and keyboarding. Tutoring takes place at our central office from 4:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
DSACO has hired a Special Education teacher to prepare a lesson plan but the tutor will need several volunteers to serve as tutoring aids. Tutoring aids are not required to have a background in teaching, but rather a willing attitude and fun countenance. If you're interested in volunteering, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit this link: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0544adaa2fa4fd0-tutoring1
