ORGANIZATION: Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana

Do you like working outdoors? Do you have experience cutting down trees?

Come spend a day, or a few hours, helping us cut some downed trees at Camp Butternut Springs into manageable pieces.

  • Camp Butternut Springs is near Valparaiso, IN
  • Bring your own gloves
  • Wear weather appropriate clothing
  • Boots are required
  • Must be able to spend at least 2 hours per visit until job is done or bring a friend and finish sooner - we will schedule times around your availability
  • Feel free to bring any tools you think will help you - chain saw, saws or hatchets, but we will provide whats necessary
