We are gearing up for our big day, March 2, 2018. There is so much to do around here to get ready. On March 2, our annual Fight With Fashion fundraiser will be held at Signature Airport Hanger, the same location as last year. There will be a fashion show, a silent auction, food vendors, musical numbers, just a lot of AWESOMENESS at this amazing event! You will want to be apart of it!

If you have the time during the week in January and February, we have various tasks around the office to prepare so that all the little details are seen to.

On Thursday March 1, we will be setting up at the hanger from 7:00 to 10:00 PM.

Friday morning set up will resume, first shift from 7:30 to 12:30

Mid day shift 1:00 to 5:00 to finalize every detail.

EVENT shift 5:00 to midnight ALL HANDS ON DECK FOR CLEAN UP (Pizza dinner provided)

Clean up only crew 10:00 to midnight

Other volunteer jobs during the event will include (bud not limited to)

• registration -which includes the processing of silent auction
• food and beverage servers to help food vendors
• set up and decoration
• backstage help
• help in the retail pop up after the show
• and of course tear down and clean up

In these two months prior to March 2, there will be many tasks to attend to. So even if you can't participate on the day of the event, you can still get in on the action. We need the following things and more taken care of:

• silent auction organized
• stickers on bags
• swag bags filled
• People willing to serve on the planning committee
