As part of our ongoing effort to enrich lives of the children in our community, we are looking to expand the strength of our team. We are looking for 6 more dynamic team players.

We are seeking individuals who are deeply committed to engaging in the community. Must have a willingness to assist our organization in collaborating with our industry peers, to improve our current industry practices and pursue new opportunities.

You will need to have a passion for setting the strategic direction of the organization toward our primary mission to achieve the outcomes needed to improve the lives of the individuals we assist.

We are looking for individuals that can assist our current team with a broader business plan and financial model for the organizations long-term sustainability.

Mission Statement

Backpacks 4 Kids AZ, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing disadvantaged children living in Arizona with backpacks full of supplies.

Description

We have two programs:

Love Bundles:

Backpacks 4 Kids AZ provides "Love Bundles" to children who have been displaced due to neglect, abuse, abandonment. They give these bags to shelters, county offices, resource centers, foster parent agency's, police stations and schools. Bags may also go to families with very limited resources. Through donations, Backpacks 4 Kids Az is able to support the mental wellbeing and comfort of children during a stressful time in their lives.
School Backpacks:
Backpacks 4 Kids AZ provides backpacks filled with school supplies to disadvantaged children.

Many low income families are already struggling and unfortunately cannot afford to buy the school supplies their children need.
