The Dream Builders Project is seeking awesome and enthusiastic interns. Join our team in making a difference in our communities and the world at large. (PLEASE BRING IN YOUR RESUMES)

Open Positions:
1. Event Planner
2. Public Relations Coordinator
3. Community Outreach Organizer

OUR ORGANIZATION FOCUSES ON SOCIAL ISSUES INCLUDING HOMELESSNESS, CHILD ABUSE & NEGLECT, EDUCATION, ART & MUSIC THERAPY, HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND MORE! JOIN US TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research for future partnerships, build relationships with (organizations, businesses, corporations, individuals, etc).
- Coordinate Meetings.
- Answer e-mails and phone calls effectively.
- Work with the team on marketing, social media and outreach.
- Network and keep relationships with current and new contacts.
- Update google docs, excel sheets and other various documents.
Requirements:
- Must be extremely organized and self sufficient.
- Have strong communication skills and networking skills(Written and Verbal).
- Must be independent and team driven.
- Remains calm under pressure.
- Comfortable reaching out to potential donors and sponsors.
- Office hours 2-3 days a week with a minimum of 4 hours. (Monday-Friday Only)

The Dream Builders Project is a Los Angeles-based charity whose mission is to give back to the community, make a difference in the lives of others, and impact the world at large in a positive way. Through digital and social media outreach, charity events and galas, and fundraising campaigns, The DBP focuses on raising awareness about many of humanity’s key social issues including child abuse and neglect, poverty, homelessness, and severe illness and disease. The Dream Builders Project is not restricted to any particular group or cause, but is purely dedicated to the improvement of humanity.

Description

The Dream Builders Project (The DBP) prides itself on its ability to take action quickly and efficiently. With worldwide contacts and its volunteers, we can make a difference for many of Los Angeles' social issues, including homelessness, child abuse, human trafficking, severe illness/disease and much more! We have a large social media impact as well via facebook, instagram and twitter.
