ORGANIZATION: The Autism Community in Action

TACA is in need of nearly 100 caring volunteers to help with this family friendly event. Volunteer jobs include set-up, assisting with parking, food service, bounce houses, sensory friendly activities, silent auction set-up, raffle ticket sales, misc runners, clean up and more!

The TACA Family Picnic provides a fun yet secure environment for children and families affected by autism. This is a vital event providing a sense of community to families living with autism. This extremely popular event is traditionally attended by families throughout California and the surrounding states.

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FROM 9AM - 4PM


Can't stay all day? We have 4 hour shifts available.

9am - 1pm or 12pm - 4pm

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 16
  • Minimum 4 hour time commitment.
  • Must be able to stand outside with limited shade. Some positions require lifting of 25 lbs or more.
