You can truly experience Mexico as a "non-tourist."
Our Volunteer program allows you to teach English to small groups of college students. The purpose of the classes is that students practice their English conversation, not grammar, so anyone who speaks English can be of service. Each class follows a syllabus and uses texts that guide volunteers through daily lessons.
With Global Volunteers' English conversation classes, each volunteer teaches a class for four to six hours a day, and has the rest of the day to prepare classes class and have team meetings.
You will also have plenty of time to explore cultural and educational landmarks in the host community. You will make new friends and get to know Mexicans and their culture like never before.
