ORGANIZATION: Molholm Elementary School

Molholm has launched an innovative in-class tutoring project to bring tutors into the classroom so that children learn what they are taught the first time. You will work with a small group of 1 or 2 children during class to ensure they understood the lesson from the teacher that you and the child have just observed. Once the teacher asks the children to work independently on the lesson, you will continue with your group to help them complete the assignment. Many students who struggle with learning have difficulty understanding the information taught and thus they are unable to complete the work assigned to them. With a tutor at their side through out the class, students get a second chance to learn and demonstrate what they have learned. These are elementary students, so if you can do elementary school academic work, you are qualified.
