During these uncertain times, how can we help?

In the land of Mount Kilimanjaro, almost half of all village children are stunted. Stunting is devastating, but it is preventable. The first 1000 days - pregnancy to the 2nd birthday - are vital for a child's development. As a volunteer in Tanzania, your contribution to health, nutrition, education and construction projects will help parents provide Essential Services to their children which will prevent stunting and allow children to realize their full potential.
Join Global Volunteers’ Tanzania Reaching Children’s Potential (RCP) Program on the ground floor. RCP begins with pregnancy and continues through the 18 th birthday.
As a member of a volunteer team, you become a crucial link in the "human chain" of Global Volunteers that serve in this culturally rich but economically impoverished area of Tanzania. Become a part of an extraordinary effort that will change the face of the planet by ensuring all children can reach their potential.

Global Volunteers is dedicated to waging peace in the World through development projects that provide international volunteer opportunities. Through these projects we offer volunteers the chance to work alongside local communities all around the world while learning from them.
Global Volunteers is a non-profit organization that has been giving short-term volunteers the chance to provide essential services to local people on service programs since 1984. At Global Volunteers you will be working under the direction of local leaders, while team members form groundwork for international peace via common, global understanding. We sustain authentic development projects with host communities and give volunteers wide opportunities to help.
Since 1984, over 30,000 people have volunteered with Global Volunteers in 34 different countries. Check out our website to learn more about how to join this movement and become a Global Volunteer!
We'll work with your schedule.
