Mission Statement

The mission of High Plains Helping Hands, Inc. is helping our neighbors in need by providing food, educational classes, spiritual and emotional support with loving encouragement.

Description

Our ministry supplies emergency food to people in the North Eastern plains of El Paso County, and parts of Lincoln County and Elbert County. We serve over 400 families per month, or about 1400 individuals which includes children, the elderly, disabled and military personnel. We also provide spiritual and emotional support and classes to enhance personal and professsional development. We partner with other local organizations to maximize our ability to provide job workshops and employment connections. It is our intention to help people realize their full potential and eventually move away from needing assitance from agencies like ours.
