We are looking for someone to help us with community outreach. We have several events on the horizon and can use additional support. All of our programs / events are FREE to participants.

We Hack Too - 8-day virtual hackathon with 1-day launch event inside Microsoft Stores in 11 cities. (girls 8 yrs through college)

Girl Power Biz Camp - 5-day digital content creation and strategy development. (high school girls) - New York

bCreative - 3-day adverting bootcamp (high school girls) - Los Angeles

Tech Culture Exploeres - 3-day boot camp experience at 3 different companies (elementary students) - Chicago

Description

B~STEM Project’s primary focus is to provide young girls and women opportunities to gain in depth insight and understanding into the business of STEM disciplines across industries. We also offer an extension of holistic programming for both boys and girls that takes a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to STEM instruction.

BSTEM allows students to engage, learn and grow on both an academic and personal level. Our programs offer exposure into a variety of industries from entertainment, advertising and fashion to robotics, agriculture and life sciences. We simulate real life scenarios with a curriculum that’s project driven. The knowledge and skills acquired are reinforced through practice, coaching and mentoring by industry specific professionals.
