You are cordially invited to be a panelist for the grade level Digital Portfolio Presentations at the Communication and Technology School (CATS) , located at Diego Rivera Learning Complex. The Digital Portfolio Presentations are a showcase of all the hard work and growth our students have had over the past year. As a panelist, you would attend at least one session, depending on your availability, of the students' presentations. Each session lasts 1.5 hours and you would evaluate six student presentations. At the end of each presentation, you will score the student using a rubric and provide feedback. You are welcome to sign up for multiple sessions. Below are the dates and times for each session: 1. Friday, May 12th ( 11th Grade) 2. Friday, May 19th ( 10th Grade) 3. Friday, May 26th ( 9th Grade) Each day has three sessions, as follows: a. Session 1: 8:00 AM-9:30 AM
b. Session 2: 10:00 AM-11:30 AM c. Session 3: 12:30 PM- 2:00 PM Please sign up at http://bit.ly/catsdpv17 for the session(s) you would like to attend. Our address is 6100 S Central Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90001. Please plan on arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled session for a quick overview of the process. Visitor parking is available in the front of the school, or in the gated lot on the corner of Gage and Central. Please sign in at the main office in order to receive a yellow visitor's badge. All visitors are required to provide a valid photo ID. Student volunteers will be in the main office to escort you to the location of the presentation. Thank you for volunteering to take the time out of your day to share your insight and help our students continue their path to success.
