We are looking for a volunteer who can assist our staff with promoting our organization at 2017's Art in the Green at the Mitchell Park Domes Saturday, May 6th. You would be working with our executive director informing guests about our programs and our future plans for our organization. A brief volunteer orientation would take place to discuss the event and our organization.

Description
Artists Working in Education (AWE), sponsors professional artists to nurture the imaginations of Milwaukee youth by bringing creative visual arts experiences directly to schools, community centers and informal settings such as parks, playgrounds, libraries and community events.
AWE artists guide children through the process of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Meaningful arts programming helps youth develop new ways of seeing the world, enhanced inquisitiveness, creativity, flexibility, imagination and confidence.
