The recruiter position, pro bono/volunteer position, is responsible for interviewing, and referring applicants for editorial and management positions throughout the company. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all specialized functions in recruitment

Essential Functions

  • Processes job requisitions.
  • Coordinates with the hiring manager(s) to determine the best recruiting process for position(s).
  • Screens and interviews applicants.
  • Coordinates appropriate employment editorial testing.
  • Supports new employees on-boarding process.
  • Conducts exit interviews with terminating employees.

Must be able to work from home/able to work with a virtual HR team

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This a part-time position; days and hours of work are depending on candidates availability, however, must be committed task completion.
