Come help celebrate the beautiful paths and trails that connect Avon, Colorado during Avon's inaugural Ride Avon First event! Help greet patrons and answer questions, run booths, and share a sense of merriment with our active community. Looking for volunteers familiar with biking and cycling; however, all are welcome!

Mission Statement
Avon, the "Heart of the Valley," is a great place for residents and visitors. Located at the base of Beaver Creek Resort and eight miles from Vail, Avon offers a variety of events, recreational activities, and great shopping and dining opportunities. The Town of Avon is looking for devoted volunteers who will strive to better Avon.
Description
The main job of the volunteer staff is to assist the Special Events staff with all aspects of special events. Volunteer duties can include:
- Preparation before the event
- Set-up and tear down for an event
- Maintenance of event resources
- Parking lot control
