Nextera Energy Resources Company Picnic
Every event is different, yet we typically begin by unloading equipment from the truck, and begin setting up tents, tables, and chairs. Please be aware that some of the items weigh over fifty pounds, so some muscle is required. After the setup, we will have a brief meeting with all the volunteers, then we will send each person to a specific station..i.e..Cotton Candy Booth, Carousel Bounce House, Plinko Carnival Game. Each volunteer will be assigned to a specific activity and then they will be trained to run that activity for the remainder of the day. Throughout the day, staff will run their activities, and will also be able to take occasional breaks for drinks and meals. After the party is over, you will break down equipment, and load it back into the truck.
