Food Chair
* Recruit subcommittee members to assist with all tasks, particularly during the event
* Make a plan to supply food and refreshments during the Relay for Life (this could include Team Concession Sales to encourage on-site fundraising)
* Secure commitments from businesses for donations of food and drinks
* Secure appropriate food licensing for concessions and determine proper food licensing
* Arrange delivery and store food and beverages, as necessary
* Determine what signs are needed for refreshments areas
* Determine what refrigeration, means of food preparation, clean-up and supplies (such as plates, cups, napkins, utensils) will be needed
* Assign volunteers to work in food and refreshments areas, and plan a schedule for workers
* Develop a timeline and checklist of needs and assignments
* Serve on the Relay for Life Committee and have a progress report prepared for each meeting (Committee meets 1 to 2 hours a month beginning in late-fall/early-winter)
