Wilsonville Silent Auction Volunteer
- Create Rules and overall execution plan to host a Silent Auction at Relay For Life.
- Recruit any/all volunteers to facilitate silent auction.
- Begin communicating silent auction fundraising opportunities at least six months out to teams and participants through Teams, Publicity, Online and social media.
- Work with Staff to secure Credit Card Machines and any other supplies need.
- Manage supplies: Make sure there are enough tables, chairs, bid sheets, tents, side walls, pins needed to facilitate silent auction.
