The Alzheimer's Association Oregon Chapter is seeking volunteers who have a background in elder care, who have caregiving experience, and/or who want to provide support to people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families to facilitate a support group in Sisters, OR.
Sisters City Hall: First Thursday of the month, 10 to 11:30 AM
Groups are once per month, 1.5 hours per group.
Next trainings: April 26, and June 2

Description
The Alzheimer’s Association Oregon & SW Washington Chapter is part of the Alzheimer’s Association, the world's leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. From its offices in Portland, Bend and Medford, the Oregon Chapter provides education and support for people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, as well as their families and caregivers. In addition, it offers local support groups, early-stage engagement programs, community education classes and a 24/7 Helpline (800-272-3900).
