The American Heart Association's Go Red for Women luncheon is Friday, May 11, at the Hyatt downtown. We need help setting up the day before, on Thursday, May 10! Volunteers will be setting up guest tables, event decor, registration table, silent auction items, a photo wall, and more. Please come dressed in casual, comfortable clothing and shoes. You will be able to take a lunch break when you need to!
If you can't commit to more than an hour or two, that is perfectly fine! Volunteers can work as long as is convenient for you. If you are getting volunteer hours for a class or program, I'll be happy to sign anything you need.
