We would like to recruit people from historically underserved communities (immigrants, LGBTQ, women, people of color), with expertise in urban planning, design, architecture, social media, marketing, small business, or nonprofit management, to join our executive committee. We woudl like help creating the systems that will help us recruit, retain, and onboard new committee members and board members. Our board is currently homogeneous and we are working to mitigate the risk by recruiting diverse board members and committee members.
