Global Green is working with city, civic and community partners to explore opportunities for processing urban food waste closer to or in the cities where it is generated.

Our goal is to foster inclusion of distributed food waste processing facilities in city planning with the goal of providing neighborhood-level, co-beneficial approaches for combined organic waste processing, such as energy production and healthy food growing facilities that can function in the event of disaster situations.

As a part of this project, we're seeking help from a professional illustrator to draw a rendering of one or more options on what this kind of project can look ilke. The rendering can either be a drawing of an actual neighborhood or a more abstract representation of our goal.

Global Green seeks to use this rendering in public presentations, reports and articles about the project. We expect that a picture will significantly support our communications, and gain greater interest in the initiative.
