Creative Disruption, a pop up group exhibition is looking for a number of energetic volunteers who can attend and participate from 6:00 - 11:00 pm (or earlier for room set-up).
Volunteer Roles:
- Help with word-of-mouth publicity prior to the event
- On the day of the event, assist with room setup in one of two shifts: 10:00- 3:00pm or 3:00 to 7:00pm
- Be present at event from 7-11 and carry out various duties including art sales and customer service
- Assist guests, mingle, talk to the artists and help keep everyone happy
- Oversee art sales using square cash credit card reader
- Staff tables to pass out literature/flyers to interested guests
- Staff the bar - pour wine/beer
- Have an enjoyable evening and view beautiful art for a great cause
- Wrap up/break down furniture and help cleanup after the event ends
A total of five hours. If you love the arts, care about social justice, and generally want to have a great evening, please consider volunteering with us for one, fun night. Bring a friend (or friends) and volunteer together!
