Volunteers are needed to assist with the setting up which includes tables and tents, setting up the silent auction display, registration booth, helping to escort vehicles in to their appropriate spaces. Volunteers will man the registration booth collecting entry fees and distributing goody bags. Others will assist in the silent auction operations and security of the items. During the event from volunteers will just monitor the vehicle display area for safety. After the show assistance with breakdown of the tents and tables and auction items and miscellaneous. Assistance with fund raising efforts on site.
