Perkins Rowe will host the first ever Walk the Rowe for Heart event in celebration of the mixed-use development’s commitment to promoting health and wellness. The event, May 20 thfrom 11 AM - 3 PM, will spotlight Perkins Rowe as a place to enhance wellness and encourage its patrons to live a healthier lifestyle, while becoming more aware of heart and stroke prevention.
Walk the Rowe for Heart will also serve as the formal ribbon cutting for Perkins Rowe's 1-mile designated walking path. In addition to the 1-mile walking path, Walk the Rowe for Heart will offer seven educational stations hosted by Perkins Rowe merchants. Each station will highlight stroke, CPR and/or one of the seven heart health risk factors.
We need volunteers to help us oversee stations and assist in educational interactives.
