Volunteers are needed to assist staff in our 9 thrift shops located in Winchester (2), Berryville, Purcellville, Stephens City, Front Royal, Leesburg, Harrisonburg, and Strasburg Virginia. Proceeds from Thrift Shop sales support the care and support of Blue Ridge Hospice Patients. Join our volunteer team! Work in a fun and friendly environment. A few hours each week can make a great difference in the life of a Hospice family.

To make quality end-of-life care available to individuals and families facing serious illness and to support anyone in our community affected by death, dying, and loss.
Description
Not-for-profit Hospice providing end of life care and bereavement support in the counties of Frederick, Warren, Clarke, Shenandoah, Page, and Western Loudoun Counties in Virginia. We provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to those with life-limiting illness; our primary focus being physical comfort and symptom control, dignity, and choice. We offer ancillary services such as Music Therapy, Pet Therapy, Massage Therapy, and full Chaplaincy and Bereavement Programs. Volunteer opportunities range from direct patient/family support to administrative, thrift, and fundraising.
