Want to help out at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention?
Help the Out of the Darkness Overnight Staff Compile check-in envelopes for people participating in the 2017 Out of the Darkness Overnight Walks in San Diego (May 20th-21st) and Washington D.C. (June 17th-18th). This is one of our largest Volunteer Nights of the year, so we need all hands on deck to help out at the Overnight Offices for our Volunteer Night on Thursday, May 4th from 4-8pm. Our offices are located at 120 Wall St., 29 th Floor, New York, NY 10005. You will need to bring a photo ID to gain access to the building. The Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk is the flagship fundraising event for AFSP and is responsible for almost 15% of AFSP’s annual income. This event takes place in two cities every year, providing the opportunity for our nation to take a stand against suicide and mental illness. To find out more, please visit theovernight.org.
