Enjoy Lexington Community Farm's Spring Festival, and help others enjoy it too! We need volunteer to help with set up, run children’s activities, welcome visitors, staff the info table, greet visitors at the hoop house, and help in the goat yard.. This is a fun community event with children's activities, greenhouse tours and Silk Fields' animals in the goat yard - come lend a hand and have a great time!
All volunteers will report to the Welcome Table where they will receive a short orientation from Farm Managers: Tim Hines or Elena Colman.
- You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer
- Bring water. There is no potable running water on the farm
- Read and sign the LexFarm Liability Waiverand Emergency Contact Form and bring it with you to farm. Volunteers under 18 require a parent/guardian signature. The waiver can be found at: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090f4facad2fa0fd0-lexfarm

Lexington Community Farm is a non-profit working farm connecting the community to locally grown food and sustainable farming practices while preserving historic farmland. We operate a small farm, growing vegetables for a CSA, a farmstand, and hunger relief programs. We grow food using organic farming methods. We run educational programs, hold community events and offer volunteer opportunities.
