The Open Hands Garden provides 300-400lb.s of fresh produce each year for those in need in Oakland County.
Help harvest, wash and pack produce for distribution at Open Hands Food Pantry. A Garden Lead will guide you so you don't need experience but your gardening skills will grow while you are helping your hungry neighbors.
This is a great family service activity. All children under 14 should be accompanied by a parent. All are welcome!
Harvesting takes place on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm and Saturday mornings from 9:00-10:30am.
