ORGANIZATION: Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub

The Pet Visit Volunteer provides diversion for patients at the hospital. Check with Departments for specific patients who might like a visit. Bring pet door to door and ask if patients would like a pet visit. Visit briefly and move on to other rooms as time allows.


Your pet must meet the following criteria:


  • Each pet is covered by insurance through their owner or Pet Therapy Certification Program.
  • Each pet must have the following:

  • Certificate of Obedience Training

  • Proof of Health Certificate / Vaccinations

  • Certificate of Good Citizenship and Pet Therapy Certification
