Join Cradle Cincinnati as we support families who experienced preterm birth at the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky March of Dimes walk.
Cradle Cincinnati has been invited to share information on healthy pregnancies and healthy babies at our table in the mission tent. We're in need of two volunteers who can staff this table from 8:30am - 1pm. Volunteers will be trained beforehand; no prior experience is necessary.

Our vision is that every child born in Hamilton County reaches his or her first birthday.
Description
Too many babies die before their first birthday every year in Hamilton County. We were recently ranked the 5th worst urban county in the country for infant mortality. With your help we’re here to change that. Our vision is that every child born in Hamilton Country lives to see their first birthday.
We believe that these numbers can change. And they will if, collectively, we invest in changing three things about our community:
- preventing prematurity by increasing the amount of time between each woman’s pregnancies
- reducing tobacco use and other substance abuse in pregnancy
- promoting safe sleep for babies
