Responsibilities
As the Social Media & Community Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring Deliverance’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve platform engagement and ultimately drive engagement across a variety of channels.
- Contribute to website project in various ways
- Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
- Online outreach and promotion using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.


Requirements
* Strong understanding of social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
* Experience in replying / communicating with customers as a brand (whether for customer service or for general engagement).
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; highly nuanced communicator and able to influence with ease.
* Skilled at creating social content on your phone (Instagram Stories, Photoshop)
* Good business acumen and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience in translating business objectives into social media strategies
* Superior analytical skills and ability to navigate / work with a variety of digital tools such as Google 360 / GA4, Facebook/Meta and Instagram Ads, and others
