Title : Volunteer : Field Operations - Lead

Department : Operations

Location : Open

Hours: 10 -12 hrs. over Weekdays/Weekends (M,T,W,T,F,S,S)

Position Summary: To manage field operations and volunteer activities reporting to Operations Head.

Qualification Required :

• Completed or Pursuing -College degree or diploma
• Experience with a nonprofit organization (preferred)
• Proficient with Computer knowledge & Microsoft Office Programs
• Proficient in local language

Essential Responsibilities :

• Should be able to make visits to NGOs and other existing/prospective partner institutions of ARISE Impact in and around onsite locations
• Spend time with the students and teachers, click HD photos, record videos and capture their feedback as user stories.
• Should be able to bring in content fit for marketing and media initiatives from the field visits and effectively communicate feedback to the team
• Get the content tested at onsite NGOs and provide user feedback to the team
• Interact and spend time at our present partner NGOs, build strong relationships with them and assist the Business Development Team in finding more such prospective partners in the onsite location

Other Requirements :

• Good photography and documentary making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work around different time zones
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to connect and communicate with diverse types of organizations: partners, schools, businesses, government, etc.
• Ability to take initiative, work individually or within team
• Ability to work in field , different terrains and commute between locations
• High professional standards, including integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
