We are seeking a caring individual who has a wonderful phone presence to call hospice patients each week in their homes to check in with how their services have been going. This is a wonderful opportunity to reach out to those who need a little extra attention. Adventist Health Hospice is dedicated to adding quality experiences at the end of life and your voice can help to be a part of that experience.

Description
Adventist Health Hospice is dedicated to providing comfortable palliative care while preserving dignity, respecting patients' choices and autonomy, and working closely together with families and friends. Hospice volunteers come alongside this goal to provide comfort and care to patients and families to make the most of the time remaining for them. Volunteers can offer companionship, help with light household tasks, make phone calls, document patients' life stories, help with pet care or offer musical talents.
